The hotel offered bottled water. Other hotels I stayed at elsewhere did not have this service. I also appreciated the proximity of a 7-Eleven right across the street (this was so convenient!).
The pillows were not very comfortable.

The breakfast offered a very nice Japanese food selection. The location proved great. I was close to parks and subway stations. The staff I encountered was the kindest during my trip, also very proficient in English.
The need to hang a paper on the door for room cleaning felt inconvenient.

the location was convenient to public transport. i liked the quiet neighborhood. our room included a city view. family mart across the street was handy for late-night snacks and drinks.
i find the gym equipment looked a little old. i think the machines need an upgrade. some parts have rust.
